Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled parts administrator to assist in the expansion of a client and to support the requirements of individual vehicle repair centres
Key Responsibilities:
* Chasing the progress of parts and to help push these to completion
* Actively consider and share all options to reduce our overall daily/weekly/monthly spend
* Communicating at all levels via telephone and email
* Sorting parts returns
* Parts paperwork/Admin
* Back-order parts
* Contacting Suppliers
* Data Entry
* Provides admin support for individuals and the team
* Site visiting and audits
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Team Player
* Use initiative, be flexible and have a can-do attitude
* Cultural and organisational insight
* Adaptable and tenacious with the stamina required to follow through
* Takes responsibility for own actions and Innovative approach
* Takes pride in doing the right thing in line with company culture
