HR Manager
Salary Competitive £££
Remote working to start with then will move to a base in Stoke Poges
You will need :
CIPD level 5 or higher
Degree educated in Human Resources Management
Minimum 5 years in a senior HR or HR Manager role
Have a background in the hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants)
Work closely with all dept heads
Up to date with all current HR policies and procedures
Used to working closely with the Senior Management teams
Experienced in dealing with investigations and ER issues
Keep a comprehensive employee records
Deal with all recruitment needs across the business
Implement training plans
You will have a meticulous eye for detail
Highly organised as this is a fast paced changing role
Familiar with HR systms and MS office
Proven record of managing a team but also be very hands on and flexible
