Our Client, based in Aylesbury, is currently the market leader in the manufacturing of cosmetic and toilettry products.
They are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant who is dynamic and enthusiastic who can join the team and really make a difference.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be supporting the Accounts Controller and Finance Director with maintaining all financial records within the office.
Duties will include:
* Handling of payments and receipts
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit control
* Payroll
* Cash forecasting
* Assisting in the compiling of management accounts
The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience of accountancy / payroll systems is desirable and knowledge in Sage and / or MS Navision would be an advantage but is not essential, but a minimum of 4 years accounting experience would be beneficial.
You will need to have great attention to detail an be methodical in your approach to problem solving.
