Prospero Health & Social Care are recruiting for Support Workers for Children and Young People for our Crisis Team and Semi Independent Homes, providing support where a children or young person's placement has collapsed.

Shifts – Day, Night, Long Days, Waking Nights, Sleep Ins and 24 hour shifts.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Working with children and young people in various settings
Supporting and supervising children and young people with challenging behaviour
Ability to manage a complex caseload
Producing accurate report writingRequirement for the role:

Experience of working and engaging with young people
Capable of dealing with challenging behaviour
Capable of working well on your own
A positive attitude and able to use restraint techniques when requiredTo Apply for the role:

You will have the right to work in the UK
Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willing to process an Enhances DBS through Prospero.
Be able to provide 5 years references
