Leafletdrop is a successful growth strategy for Whistl which has exceeded targets yearly.
This role will be responsible for identifying, driving, and converting new business opportunities on to the Leafletdrop platform; thus supporting the growth of the Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Strategy. Through providing exemplary service, the role will also encourage and actively seek repeat business to further support the business targets.
This is an ideal opportunity for an office based non sales / junior sales person to make the step into sales, to learn vital sales skills, gain client facing experience and earn commission through achieving realistic targets.
Sales & Aftercare
Prospect for potential new clients and opportunities to convert these into increased business.
Research organisations and individuals online (especially via LinkedIn and Marketing Press) to identify new leads and decision makers within client organisations
Deliver excellent levels of customer service, acting as a key point of contact for identified prospective and existing customers, focusing on building long-term relationships
Work with Sales and Client Services to identify clients to migrate on to Leafletdrop. Actively contact clients to sell on the portal and transfer them across.
Interpret and discuss client briefs with the customer to understand client requirements.
Oversee customer complaints within client portfolio to ensure right solution is provided for the client.
Respond to any support emails or queries within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Continually qualify prospects, locating the decision maker within the prospect's organisation and update the CRM data on next steps
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriatelyLeafletdrop portal development
Provide feedback to Leafletdrop development team on suggested improvements to portal
Support in User testing new iterations of the portal before being released
Support in the evolution of the Client Service and Aftercare processes, making suggestions on improvementsInternal Relationships
Work closely with Leafletdrop Team to maximise portfolio growth and meet client requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments
