Project Co-ordinator ( Transformation PMO Analyst)
Salary: £30000 – £35000 + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent benefit package

Reports to: Transformation Director
An exciting time to join our business, Scania has embarked on a transformation journey and this role is to provide dedicated support to large scale business change programmes. Your role will be to coordinate and help deliver these projects!
* Organised –responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any given time, your role will be essential to achieving deadlines with exceptional quality
* Excellent attention to detail – from assessing data on Excel, reviewing project plans, all the way through to putting presentations together, policing the detail is something you will own
* Strong communicator – from composing emails with clear instruction, to building relationships with key stakeholders, you will be key to ensuring everyone is on the same page

This team will deliver a new operating model and processes to enable the business to achieve its global brand position of, ‘Driving the shift to a sustainable transport solution’ through electrification and renewable fuels.
Working within Transformation, aligned with the Corporate PMO function, you will have a hands-on approach and experience of working in a diverse and multi-disciplined structure.
About You
* Proven work experience as an analyst or coordinator or similar role
* Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
* An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
* Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
* Strong team working and collaborative work ethic
* Ability to influence and constructively challenge Transformation Leads
* Excellent written and oral communication skills to support the construction of reports and presentations
* Ability to analyse data and communicate results to stakeholders
* An ambassador for the Scania Core Values, Customer First, Respect for the individual, Elimination of Waste, Determination, Team Spirit, and Integrity in all we do
* Exemplifies integrity
