Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager (domiciliary) in Aylesbury. This position is on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity and has huge potential for the right person to make their mark on a leading care service.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of performance management processes to ensure that staff are able to perform operationally
Good Budget Management, Staff Management. Leadership skills, Good ICT skills, report Writing and Communication Skills
Experience at a management level in a care setting (Level 3, willing to undertake level 5).Key strengths in:
Quality assurance * People management * Recruitment and retention * Business growth * Promoting relationships with customers and external partners.
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £29.5k – £35k (dependant on experience)
