As a Field Servicing Engineer, you will be required service material handling equipment out on hire with their customers. Their equipment consists of telescopic handlers and straight mast forklift trucks, and you will focus on planned maintenance activities out at customer sites.

Covering a geographical area, you will diagnose any faults and identify correct solutions to rectify, ensuring that return visits are minimised. There will be various administrative processes to follow to include updating repair logs, defect sheets and service logs. This will require accurate and legible completion in a timely manner, it is your responsibility to ensure these logs are up to date and meet our audit requirements.

A mechanical or engineering background is essential as is knowledge of repairing plant equipment. The ability to manage your own planned daily activities, keeping to agreed timescales whilst also producing a high standard of work is also essential.

Experience/qualifications required:

A recognised mechanical qualification in plant or agricultural engineering
A valid driving licence
Knowledge of plant equipment
Good admin skills are required due to completion on forms/paperwork requiredBenefits:
