Recruiting now for a 1st Line Application Support – Gerrards Cross – (£23,000 – £25,000)

My client's team is growing due to business expansion and are looking to recruit a driven and eager 1st Software Helpdesk Support.

They are looking for candidates with knowledge and a passion for IT, ideally with some experience in IT Support who is hard working, driven and has the 'hunger' to learn and develop. Reporting to the Service Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support of the bespoke application to users.

They are looking for someone who has the following:

The ability to handle a high volume of calls a day and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills
The ability to schedule and manage tasks efficiently
A passion and interest in IT
A team player with the ability to work alone where necessary, and a keen learner.Key Skills (not essential):

Software Experience
Application Support
Office 365
Windows Server
Active Directory
ExchangePrevious IT Application support experience is preferred.
