Quality Personnel are looking for PERMANENT Import and Supply Chain Administrator to work with our client based in Bletchley.
This is a hybrid role – 40% working from home / 60% working in the office.
IMMEDIATE START
All products are imported from France, Germany and Italy.
You will need recent experience in knowing what documents are required to import.
SAP is desirable and basic Excel is required.
Candidates must be energetic and dynamic with a "can do" attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
Main duties:
• Forecasting: Plan and manage the flow of goods from international deliveries
• Import: Manage and prepare documents including customer invoices and packing lists. Coordinate all paperwork to comply with tariffs and customs regulations
• Logistics: Communicate between agents, brokers, shippers and warehouse facilities. Expedite shipping of good into the country
• Supply Chain: Day to Day management of PO's and receipt of deliveries, plan deliveries from suppliers, liaise with external stakeholders. Prevent excess inventory, ensure the business has a steady flow of stock. Monitor production plans, prioritise urgent orders
To be considered:
• Quick learner
• At least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience using SAP (Material Management Module)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Foreign Trade – Import and Export processes and regulations
• Multitask – follow process from price enquiries to customer care Working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with a 45 mins break for lunch, free parking, 60% working in the office – 40% working from home.
