This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly successful team delivering a variety of civil and structural work within the rail infrastructure. The candidates will be responsible for working on a range of embankment schemes initially through to larger schemes such as bridge refurbishments (grit blast and paint, steel works, waterproof injection etc etc), building refurbishment works, tunnels rehabilitation works, platform end gates and drainage relining works etc.

Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
Deliver the work safely and without environmental incidents
Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP’s, WPP’s and waste management plans
Produce and manage the project programme and produce 3 weeks look ahead
Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the production teams to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks The successful Site Agent MUST have a degree in civil engineering or equivalent or at least 5 years experience working on site. You will also be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a desire to progress
