An exciting 12 month FTC based in Milton Keynes, with a reputable national company. To support a friendly, customer care team, assisting the coordinators with their workload. Establishing and following through customer care calls to customers, ensuring the company deliver excellent customer service.
Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills, with a background in customer care. Positive and upbeat attitude, with an engaging manner, the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with the customer, to ensure the customer is left feeling confident and satisfied.
Excellent administrative skills, organised, able to juggle a busy workload. Communication is key in this role, both written and verbally, with the ability to update Excel and in-house systems accurately. A proactive approach, with a positive manner, to ensure the team are supported.
