Job Title: Customer Services Adviser.
Basis: Full Time Permanent Employed Role.
Location: Office Based in Milton Keynes
Target: Minimum of 12 Months experience in telephone based customer service in a financial services or similar environment.
Rewards: Fantastic earning potential with an OTE £28K plus benefits.
Working Hours: (Permanent, Full Time Role) Mon-Fri 9AM – 5.30PM.
Timeline: Immediate interviews, with February start date.

As a Customer Retention Advisor, you will be working in a large, fast paced environment with the focus on retaining customers by assisting them to renew their existing mortgage with us. Key responsibilities:
At all times, the Customer services Adviser must adopt a professional attitude and approach to your dealings with our customers and internal stakeholders. You will demonstrate patience and sincerity when dealing with customers, and provide guidance to aid their decision making. You will form positive working relationships with our estate agency branch teams and Mortgage Advisers
Skills and experience required to be a successful:
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Ability to work to targets
Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
