Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
To manage all incoming customer queries and complains
Providing veterinary sales support for pharmaceutical products
Administrative support (incoming an out – going correspondence)
Managing a high volume of case loadsThe ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following
Technical veterinary knowledge gained from studies or practice
Good oral and written communication skills
Proactive and empathetic approach to customers and resolving their problems
A background in veterinary, agriculture or animal farming (2 years minimum)
Organised and able to manage induvidual workflow
