Part of a dynamic Client Success team, a hybrid opportunity, this role is to contribute to projects, updating calls with potential customers, engaging and communicating effectively with customers all day, everyday.

Ideally a background within a call centre environment, or experience in a customer facing role, be dedicated and enjoy working within a fast paced, positive environment. This role will challenge your people skills, along with your UK geography skills. Confident communication via phone and email, keen to work as part of a team to ensure everything gets done, meeting deadlines, thus remaining cool under pressure.

A creative thinker, with a positive and upbeat attitude, with an engaging manner. Good with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Resourceful, look for improvements, share ideas and solutions.
