DallasWylde are exclusively recruiting for multiple New Homes Sales Executive Opportunities for one of our most prestigious clients, based in 3 different locations with in the Milton Keynes area.
Fantastic opportunity for both experienced sales executives and out of industry candidates. A sales executive’s role is diverse, with focus on customer service sales and marketing. In addition to sales, you’ll also get involved with interior design and presenting site plans to customers. These are all skills that can be gained from this rare trainee opportunity.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills/understanding:

* A confident approach with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, site teams and external contacts
* Strong IT skills, including MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Polite telephone and email etiquette
* Full driving license and ownership of a car is essential.
* Available to work weekends and bank holidays. The same two consecutive days off will be given in the week,
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide a warm welcome and positive, memorable experience for all visitors and customers.
* To ensure all leads viewings are conducted as soon as possible promoting the features and benefits of your homes, development and brand
* Provide all details of you development and homes to customers ensuring all marketing information is up to date and correct
* Be accountable for the Show home and Sales Office presentation, from air fresheners to external signage and flags.
* Database management, regularly communicating with all visitors and interests, encouraging them to undertake a further visit to bring them closer to reserving their new home.
* Hosting appointments through out the customer journey such as, reservation checklist, options appointments and meet The Builders
* Contribute to community engagement events / projects
* Discuss and develop marketing strategies suitable for your development and target demographic
* Be confident in following H&S procedures, when walking the construction site, checking your plots for build stages and customer option choice fittings.
Reporting Requirements:
To accurately report activity from customer viewings, revisits and any potential online interest.
* Market research competitor analysis report. Monthly reporting on the current housing market in your developments area.
* Be responsible for your developments weekly Web Audit. Ensuring your online marketing platforms are accurate and up to date.
* Sales Progression, monitoring the purchase process of each of your reservations, liaising with solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents
* Host and participate in, weekly sales and site meetings, discussing the progress of sales and construction, offering solutions to any potential challenges.
* Undertake training where necessary to stay up to date on industry regulations, such as but not limited to, GDPR, CSCS, and Money Laundering.
