FRS-UK are actively recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a fast-growing, progressive business based in Gerrards Cross.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can match the company growth and future aspirations.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the UK Subcontractor/Purchase Ledger Inbox
* Daily monitoring of UK Subcontractor/Purchase Ledger inbox
* Circulate relevant emails
* Saving Documents in shared folders
* Responding/Addressing subcontractor/Purchase Ledger queries
* Assist with Subcontract/Purchase Ledger Accounts
* Invoice Processing
* Sending out remittance advices
* Preparation of payments
* Reconcile Key Accounts
* Assist with project retentions
Skills and Experience Required:
* GCSE Mathematics and English – level 5 and above or equivalent
* Computer literate (experience of MS Office desirable)
* Good telephone manner
Due to the location of the role, it would be beneficial if you held a driving licence and had your own vehicle
