Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in Central Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes + Remote
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 35 hours a week, Flexible shift rotation core hours usually 8:30 – 4:30pm/ 9:30 – 5:30pm. Monday – Friday. 2 Days remote working.
The role…
As the Customer Service Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
Support service users by signposting appropriate content, or refer users to backline or another team/department for more technical support.
Support multi-channel enquiries in varying service areas to provide scheduled cover during busy periods.
Use CRM and other appropriate systems to record enquiries to department standards.
Support service users in completing and submitting their applications, promoting and developing online services where possible.
Responsible for general enquiries relating to members memberships or other user accounts.
General administration and record cleaning.
Deal with complaints.
The experience required…
As a successful Customer Service Administrator, you will have the following:
Experience working within a customer advisory role.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manners.
Strong IT skills particularly Word and Excel. Experience working with CRM systems.
Experienced in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media.
General administrative experience.
Good organisational and planning skills.
