Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A Leading Engineering and Facilities companies are currently recruiting for an electrical engineer to join a team of engineers on a mobile basis covering a mixed commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will be covering the West Region – Bicester/ Slough/ High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that offers excellent training and progression opportunities. On offer is a salary of £37,000 + Vehicle and opportunities to boost earnings with overtime and optional call out opportunities.

Working Monday to Friday, you will be mobile across a corporate portfolio. Duties will include:

·Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPM's to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire Alarm Testing, Emergency Light Testing, Generators, AHU's and general building services).

·Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.

·Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules.

·To respond to call-outs and cover emergencies as required.

·Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.

·Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications

·Ability to maintain/ repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. fans, pumps and compressors to recognised standards

Requirements

City and Guilds level 3 – Electrical installation or equivalent

City & Guilds 17th /18th Edition

City & Guilds 2391/2394/5 (Desirable not essential)

Experience with mechanical systems (Plumbing & Air Conditioning would be an advantage)
