Job Specification
Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be focused on:
Inbound / Outbound Calls – Averaging 30 – 40 calls per day
Account management
Inbox management of email communication and responding to queries
Complaint Handling and providing resolutions
Liaising with Transport and Supply Chain
Providing customer communications
Customer TLC Calls – Proactively calling to offer support
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
Performing in Line with the Department / Company KPI's
Ensure accuracy of order processing Person Specification
You'll be experienced working in a customer service environment ideally within a manufacturing/logistics or similar industry. You'll enjoy going over and beyond what's required, building lasting relationships and becoming an expert in your field. To be successful, you’ll have an excellent telephone manner and be able to think quickly and be adaptable where necessary.
Essential Skills
Previous experience of working in a customer service role
Previous experience of handling inbound/outbound calls
Self-motivated and courteous with a good telephone manner
Experience of working within a busy, fast-paced and demanding environment
Ability to work accurately within strict timescales
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Strong administrative capabilities
A keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
Computer literate
A happy persona and willingness to go the extra mile Desirable Skills
Previous experience of working within a customer service environment within the manufacturing or similar industry
Experience in sales order processing
Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems
Knowledge of products related to the roofing industry would be advantageous Benefits

Working Hours
You'll be working a shift between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There are 3 shift patterns:
7.30am – 4.30pm
8.00am – 5.00pm
8.30am – 5.30pm Note: Our client is currently operating on the 8.00am – 5.00pm shift only but this is subject to change.
