I am on the search for an experienced Site Manager for a project out of Amersham.

You will be working for an innovative, modern and forward thinking business. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years site management experience with a proven track record of delivering refurbishment projects in the built environment and an ability to co-ordinate and manage all site-based work streams on their own accord in-line with the Programme of Works and with the guidance of our Project Management team.

Role Reporting to the Project Management team, you will have proven experience as a successful Site Manager on healthcare or NHS refurbs. You will have a proven track record of success building refit and refurb construction projects.

You should be motivated, confident in dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with contractors and end user clients whilst maintaining our vision and values.

Willing to work overtime as this project is fast track

SMSTS / First Aid / PASMA / CSCS Black Card desirable nut not essential

IT literate, able to use word, excel

Day rate of up to £270 per day based on experience
