A great opportunity is available for a Product Trainer to join a leading, global company to be based at their UK Head Office in Milton Keynes. The company are a specialist manufacturer of construction products, focusing on fenestration and facade products (i.e. aluminium windows, doors, architectural glazing). Due to continuous growth, they now require a Product Trainer with experience in the fenestration/façade industry to join their team.

The successful Product Trainer will responsible for creating and maintaining training courses for customers of the company's product range and also for employees. The suitable candidate will have a training background and be a strong communicator.

Product Trainer Position Overview

Deliver practical training courses for customers on the company's products and services
Deliver practical training courses for employees of the company
Develop course material, presentations and assessments across the company's products
Training seminars using face to face and online (attending customer premises when required)
Maintain a high level knowledge on the company products and work closely with Technical and Product Managers on industry developments.
Create customer training programmes

Product Trainer Position Requirements

Background in training with experience of technical course design and development
Ability to learn and understand new products, ideas and technologies and be able to create suitable course material.
Computer literate
Able to work under own initiative
Commutable distance to Milton Keynes
Awareness of fabrication and construction installation would be highly desirable (not essential).
Full UK Driver's License

Product Trainer Position Remuneration

Starting salary £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
