Our Client, an impressive organisation that have recently listed after a positive year. Their continuous growth is being supported by an ambitious strategy of acquisitions and diversified revenue streams and now they are looking to grow their team with a Financial Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the financial close activities for the business financial results including reporting to management and to Group

Develop management accounts to provide insight and analysis to management on business performance

Identify and assist with the implementation of systems and processes to automate and develop the finance operations strategy for the UK

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies as well as relevant external legislation

Maintaining the cashflow forecasts

Candidate Profile

A newly Qualified Accountant, trained and experienced in working in a fast-paced and complex environment.

A strong communicator, with a focused drive for best practice.

Hands-on experience in period end close and accounting standards.

Strong analytical skills

Be flexible to hit the ground running and be able to be involved in the detail in order to make improvements
