Currently covering 91 different time zones in multiple countries, this is a world class business and is currently undergoing technology transformation ensure they are able to deliver the best possible service to their customers.

As a Broadcasting Team Leader, you will report directly to the Head of Engineering and be responsible for leading an overall team of 60 broadcasting and IT specialists. This will require both a hands on technical approach as well as some proven management ability. Experience within a broadcasting environment is essential!

This role would suit a broadcasting lead or Team leader who is looking for realistic progression opportunities into future management or Head of positions longer term.

The role:

* Team Leader
* Hands on broadcast engineering skills
* Leadership, management and mentoring responsibilities
* Working across a huge rang of Broadcasting technology
* IT, Windows, Mac, and Linux environment
* Broadcasting workflow – Linear TV playout, nonlinear mead workflows, IP based radio Production studio equipment
* IPV MAM, Grass valley Morpheus tv playout systems, Provys TV scheduling, Adobe premier
* Hybrid remote Options- 2 days in office 3 at home

The Person:

* Experience working within the Broadcasting industry
* Leadership or management experience
* Broadcasting technology / Engineering knowledge
* Keen to progress into a manager, director or head of role long term
