Finance Assistant

We are seeking a part qualified (AAT or ACCA) Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant. You must have strong Sage 50 accounts experience & very strong Excel skills (pivot tables etc.)

This is a dynamic and expanding SME. They are friendly, passionate and are very good at developing their employees. They deal with very interesting projects across technology, environmental engineering, research and development, sustainability and carbon reduction programmes.

• Good solid accountancy background
• Advanced Excel skills
• Sage 50 Accounts
• Good eye for detail
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Self-reliant, well organised, able to prioritise, proactive
• Coding up and posting purchase invoices
• Preparing sales invoices
• Maintaining the timesheet system (on excel)
• Updating various excel databases for client records

This Accounts Assistant jobs role is a highly professional and friendly business who do work for large companies. So it’s incredibly diverse. From an accounts perspective – every invoice / quote is different so attention to detail is important. Good Excel skills are needed.
