Technical Manager – New Build Residential Development (Pre-Contract) – Up to £55k p/a

Are you a Technical Co-Ordinator or Assistant Technical Manager looking for the next step in your career?

B+C are working with a Residential Housing Developer who are looking for a Technical Manager and would like to speak to candidates who are ready for the next step up in their career

The role:

– To work closely with the land and new business teams to carry out necessary technical due diligence on all opportunities

– Work with the Land and New Business Teams to provide design and quality support from inception through to hand over to the delivery team on S106, land led and package deals

– To provide a services in all aspects of Technical information, design, quality and compliance of Development schemes

– To provide technical support and advice in relation to building contracts, drawings, specification & construction techniques

– To carry out all necessary technical due diligence in the development of new affordable and Private homes including the production of technical appraisals/reports

– Attend and participate in project design reviews, Monitoring progress, quality and performance of the contractor and consultants
