Our client is an FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across the UK. It is currently looking to hire a Regional Facilities Manager for a national mobile contract in the retail sector.

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a team of engineers and supervisors that carry out planned and reactive maintenance to a portfolio of sites across the South Midlands. The patch covers circa 70 sites stretching from Leicester and down the M1 South to Hemel Hempstead and everything in between. It’s a big patch, you must be willing to travel.

The successful Regional Facilities Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, have a good understanding of delivering hard services, have strong client relationship building skills and be an all-round good team leader. The contract has recently undergone a restructure, so experience of running a team whilst change is happening would certainly be beneficial.

· £48,000

· £5,700 car allowance
