Homebased Business Development Executive, £30,000 Basic Salary, £55,000 OTE + Benefits. With a hugely experienced executive board, and significant backing from investors, this is a technology sales role within professional services. This is a home-based sales role that is taking inbound sales enquiries and marketing-generated leads and following pipeline from companies that have already registered an interest. Once you have secured the sale it is passed onto the delivery team. The sale is won through product demonstrations and typically you will undertake 5-10 online demos per day.

Enjoying significant growth, the business uses digital expertise to make hiring much more cost-effective for companies operating within the professional services industry.

No previous software sales experience is required, but you must be one of the most driven, resilient, enthusiastic, structured, and ambitious people that you know. Please note that complex psychometrics will form part of the recruitment process to ensure that you have the determination and drive required to succeed in this role.

This position starts with a comprehensive induction training programme.

What we require:

* Experience within a call focused or target driven sales role. Telesales, inbound sales and contact centre sales backgrounds will all be acceptable if it was within a targeted and proactive sales environment. Previous experience of taking and making sales calls from home would be useful.

* The perfect candidate will have sold digital marketing, digital recruitment or recruitment services

* Excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.

* To be a brilliant relationship builder that can quickly and easily engage customers.

* Terrific presentation skills and the ability to deliver demonstrations on Zoom and Teams.

* Someone who is exceptionally goal-oriented with bags of charisma and a positive attitude.
