Application Support Manager | Gerrards Cross | 40-45K
Here at 83zero, we have partnered together to help them with their hiring needs, and they are currently recruiting for an Application Support / Customer Support Manager located near their office in Gerrards Cross.

I am looking for someone who is an experienced, technical, customer-focused individual, with strong people management skills to join their growing business. This is an exciting role, managing a team of in-house application support engineer's, focused on providing outstanding service to their customers.
Key Duties:
Manage a team of 10+ people, who are broken up between 2nd & 3rd Line support
Handling recruitment, performance reviews, and monthly board packs
Quality assurance- listing to calls, reviewing email chains, coaching, etc
Being a point of escalation
Improving current system and recommending relevant changes
Working across the business and collaborating with other managers to ensure operational consistency
Reviewing KPI's
Motivate the team to achieve goals whilst maintaining a positive and comfortable work environmentRequirements:
Experience in leading a team of 5-15 individuals.
Previously managed performance – KPI's, reviewing calls, coaching
Customer-facing background.
IT experience (Desirable)
