An exciting new role has arisen in Customer Service within our client's business. We are seeking an experienced customer service operative with excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude.

What if I don’t have all of the above experience?
An ideal candidate for this Customer Service role will have a proven telephone based Customer Service background. Experience of up-selling and cross selling. Target driven with excellent database management skills. Proven experience of managing high call volumes, excellent communication, oral and written skills and able to work under pressure.
