We have some temporary opportunties to join an employer of choice based in Milton Keynes. These roles would start on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent.

There is a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to juggle on a daily basis, togther with managing multiple inboxes with incoming and outgoing emails. You would be coordinating engineers diaries, which would also involve rebooking visits and dealing with any issues that occur. There would also be contact with the end customer, this is all B2B communication.

Previous experience in customer services would be highly advantageous.
