Excellent pay £14.50 per hour + Commission (£30 paid per qualified lead) + Commission on total sale value.

Part time sales exec required for a role based in High Wycombe.

We are looking to hire a part time sales exec for our client in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities of role:

* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services

* Answer questions about products or the company

* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

* Direct prospects to the Directors when needed

* Enter and update customer information in the database

* Take and process orders in an accurate manner

* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Successful candidates will need to have:

* Experience in previous telemarketing / telesales / lead generation role

* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

* Excellent knowledge of English

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

* An understanding of how to develop a business pipeline and close appointments / leads

* Tenacious individuals, not afraid to pick up the phone and sell, able to demonstrate resilience

* Motivated by hitting targets / KPIs and boosting monthly earnings

* Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as good IT skills

* Highly motivated, able to work well as part of a team
