Senior Site Manager/Project Manager

Main Contractor – Commercial Project

Permanent: Salary up to £73,000 + Package

Project Location: Milton Keynes

We are currently searching for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to join one of the world’s most successful main contractors. Covering a large array of sectors, this company specialise in major projects generally upwards of £100m in value. This project is an office and technology hub. Valued at £150m the project will bring over half a million sq. Ft. of commercial property to the area with associated services.

As SSM/PM, you will be primarily responsible for the fit out of the first-floor amenities on the project. These will include areas such as the foyer and offices. You will be working as part of a large team and have full support from the commercial, design and M&E teams. You will report directly to the Project Director.

Required:

* 3 + years specialising in commercial fit-out projects is essential.

* Previous experience working in a Senior Site Manager position is preferable however we are open to people who are looking to step up into that position.

* Ability to oversee up to 10 packages simultaneously and effectively organise all of them.

* Strong communication skills in order to effectively liaise with subcontractors and internal management teams.

* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.
