Role: IT Technician – Live Streaming
Area: Buckingham
Salary: £26K – £32K

An IT Technician position has just arisen within the countries market leading live streaming company. You will be a core part of the IT team and the smooth running of the service to clients. You will be supporting all end users onsite, providing a highly customer focussed technical support service – this role is a varied one where no two days will be the same!

The tech stack is below:

* VNIX / OBS / Wirecast
* Hardware support – PC, Computers, Mobile devices, laptops, VoIP etc…
* Internet & Network Troubleshooting
* Hardware – Audio Visuals /
* Understanding of ITIL processes

Personal:
* You will be a self start and be comfortable working in a team or own your own. Attitude is key for this role, my client is looking for a confident character where the client feels their needs are being handled.
