An exciting position has become available for a full-time Product Specialist or Trainee Product Specialist, for a Sage Business Partner that sells, supports and develops Sage 200 accounting software, based in Fairford Leys, Aylesbury.

The company has achieved Sage Business Partner of the Year in recognition of their services, support and reputation in the industry. Having realised considerable achievements, the business is on a journey of growth, so this is an exciting time to join them.

This role is a career, not a job. The ideal candidate has to be motivated, dedicated, willing to learn and have an interest in software, finance and working with people to succeed. There are few who can do this well, but our client wants to find you and is willing to invest heavily in training and salary for the right people.

Role Requirements:

You must have accounting or finance experience and/ or a qualification
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
The ability to work well under pressure, be proactive, inquisitive, quick to learn, well-organised and able to multi-task with attention to detail
A drive and desire to succeed and learn
Excellent Customer Service and relationship building skills
Sage 200 Software knowledge would be an advantageous but full training will be given
Role Responsibilities:

Telephone support to customers with queries on the Sage 200 software
Training on-site and on-line to customers how to use the software
Consultancy on how to get the best from the software
Implementation tasks including importing data, setup, report writing etc.
