Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Security Duty Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Hanslope!
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensure service delivery for core contracted hours is only as per the contract. Any requests for additional hours are to be made via the Operational Support Manager.
Uniform Ensure uniform is only replaced annually and loss/damage is investigated before being replaced.
Minimise spend on equipment by effectively managing the use of equipment on site as well as damages /repairs.
Respond to client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Attend weekly meetings with the client in support of the company’s aim of consistent quality service delivery.
Provide relevant information on the team’s performance, on-going issues and future development opportunities.
Maintain confidentiality at all times and establish and maintain a good reputation with the client.
You are to ensure that the Daily FM and Security Reports are submitted each day. These reports are to be updated and ensure that they have all relevant useful information to ensure that the FCDO has the information in regards the status of its equipment and when any engineers are attended site.
Identify opportunities to expand business on site or with prospective clients.
Take a proactive approach to increasing the services offered to the client.
Ensure that you treat all FCDO staff, contractors and your colleagues in accordance with Atalian Servest policy on Dignity at Work.
Ensure that Timegate is accurate as per delivered hours and all known gaps are covered at least 28 days advance.
Liaise closely the Senior Security Offices and Incident Control Officers to ensure that you maintain a good understanding of the daily operational delivery.
Effectively manage new starters ensuring their applications and correct identification are with Head Office within agreed timescales.
Monitor absence levels on sites and engage with HR to reduce any ongoing absence issues.
Provide assistance to all staff who have welfare requirements and assist in the vetting process to ensure that all security officers assigned to you comply with BS7858.
Take detailed notes of all disciplinary/capability actions taken against employees making sure that all such matters are first refereed to the Atalian Servest HR team.
Ensure that working time directives are adhered to. Protect the wellbeing of your team and ensure that all individuals are afforded the appropriate rest periods and leave periods.
In conjunction with the support team, monitor the security officer’s performance, conduct continuous conversations in line with company policy and encourage their personal development.
Liaise with the Training Manager to ensure that all training opportunities and requirements are being met.
To ensure guards’ understanding and compliance maintain accurate and up to date assignment instructions for the contract against which all security officers should be assessed. All instructions must be signed as having been read and understood.
