Built using the NICE CXone Expert platform their customer support site is the first port of call for customers and staff.
As a core part of the Customer Experience the primary goal for this knowledgebase is to increase their customers product knowledge, improving their user experience whilst reducing the volume of inbound calls and e-mails to our support technicians.
This role is at the centre of this goal with the creation of new interactive and informative content on the site as well as the maintenance and improvement of existing content.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating user manuals, help text or learning content that turns technically complex solutions into something that their customers will be able to understand and follow, particularly those customers for whom English isn't their first language. An interest in the automotive or motorsport industries would also be an advantage as these are key markets for the organisation.
