Helpdesk Administrator

£19,000 – £22,000 Basic + Specialist Training + Global Company + Package

Work for a world famous market leading engineering company who will train you to be a great helpdesk administrator in a thriving industry. Great opportunity on offer to increase your skills with a company focused on being a great place to work.

This company are the global leaders within their industry providing services to the industrial banking industry. Currently investing heavily in their engineering teams across the UK they are looking to expand and maintain a strong client base by recruiting another helpdesk administrator to join their team.

Your Role:
* Helpdesk Administrator role
* Log customer calls on system
* Be initial point of contact for customer enquiries
* Close calls

* Allocate calls to Field Service Engineers when needed

You Will Have:
* Background as a helpdesk administrator in a similar engineering environment
* Good experience with customer service
* Knowledge of customer web applications
* Live commutable to Milton Keynes
