Our Milton Keynes based client is looking to recruit a Part time PA and Administration Assistant to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within this area.
Position: Part time Personal Assistant and Administration Assistant
Hours: Either 4 or 5 days (25 – 40 hours) a mixture of office and home based.
Salary: Up to £25,000 – £30,000 (pro rata to part time hours)
The job will involve…
Assisting with Email traffic and inbox management and support, responding on the Directors and BDM’s behalf as required.
Assisting and adding to the BDMs diaries, and liaising with the BDMs on appointments, calling account customers and prospects, preparing quotes, following enquiries through with the team and keeping the client and team updated.
You will build a strong relationship with the Business Development Managers and align with marketing to follow up on campaigns and support data cleansing.
Take notes in general meetings and keep paperwork filed electronically for access.
Assist in keeping the company database up to date.
Follow up on marketing campaigns.
Refer customer complaints to customer service team.
Preparing reports from the system to assist with sales decisions and customer feedback as well as preparation for board meetings.
Assisting with expenses and mileage submittal.

Previous PA experience
Strong organisational/time management skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise, work proactively and on own initiative
Confidence to deal with people at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literate, confident using new systems
Acts with discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality
Benefits
£25,000 – £30,000 + bonuses (pro rata for part time hours)
