Salary: £22000 – £25000 per annum.
Location: Stony Stratford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 40 hours working week, 8:30 – 5:30pm Monday – Friday

As the Facilities Office Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

Taking maintenance calls from tenants and operatives.
Organising the maintenance work to be carried out.
Ability to prioritise different repair/maintenance works.
DEaling with contractors and getting quotes for work that needs to be carried out.
Maintaining records on our client in-house database.
Process contractor and client invoices.
Attending queries should they arise with a good sense of problem-solving.
General admin support.
The experience required…

As a successful Facilities Office Administrator you will have the following:

Experience in working within a customer centred environment.
Strong communication skills. 
Strong IT skills with experience in Excel.
Experience working with administration.
