Site Manager – Milton Keynes – Flexible Salary

The company head office is based in Leicestershire, with a flagship project in mind based in Milton Keynes

The Role

You will be looking after a start-up site, overseeing the project from start to finish, where you will be responsible for the management and control, ensuring it is completed in accordance with program, spec and budget

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Planning and co-ordination staff and operative levels to undertake workload expected
Liaising with commercial team, site team and subcontractors where necessary
Producing relevant data as required by PM/Ops Management
Assuming role of Site Supervisor
Site security appraisal and installation of security measures requiredQualifications and Experience Required:

Appropriate CSCS Card
SMSTS
First Aid
Experience and track record of working on sites north of £25m in value
Experience of PRS Schemes and RC Frame
Good communication skills
Experience of working with a main contractorThe Ideal Candidate

You will be passionate, experienced with a drive to deliver excellence. Experience and track record within multi-storey, healthcare, commercial and/or high-rise projects would be preferable. You will be required not only to lead, but to inspire.
