Quality Inspector required for a well-established precision engineering firm based in the High Wycombe area. Our client specialise in manufacture of high quality components supplying markets within the manufacturing and aerospace industries.

Quality Inspector Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing day-to-day quality inspection, whilst carrying out FAIR reports, raising NCR's

Other duties include:

Completing day-day inspection of parts, including first off and last off inspections
Producing FAIR reports
Raising NCR's and working with the quality assurance team to carry out root cause and rectifications
Operating and programming CMM machinery, training will be provided.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting the stores department with goods-in inspection

Quality Inspector Position Requirements

Previous experience within Quality Inspection
Knowledge of CMM machinery is desirable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of quality standards, experience with AS9100 is desirable
Based in a commutable distance of High Wycombe

Quality Inspector Position Remuneration

Salary £25,000 to £30,000 (dependant on experience)
Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 16:00. Friday 07:00 – 13:00.
29 Days Holiday, including bank Holidays
Life Assurance benefit. Health cover (after qualifying period of 12 months)
