Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis starting immediately.

Job Title: Management Accountant – Temporary

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5pm (3 days in the office and 2 working from home)
Salary: D.O.E

The job will involve…

Producing the management information for 3 companies as well as group accounts.
Making sure that accruals/prepayments/payroll and other month end journals are processed correctly for the MA’s
Producing cash flow forecasts quarterly
VAT returns for all companies and acquiring new VAT numbers for exporting to EU
Maintaining fixed Asset register updating and implementing best practice
Adhoc duties as required 
Experience and Skill set required:

Previous experience of working in a management accountant role essential.
Ability to accurately enter information into various databases/CRMs is critical.
Sound understanding of differing functions finance.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
The ability to prioritise and plan effectively to achieve monthly targets and deadlines.
Technically competent and able to deal in multiple currencies.

Must be able to work on their own initiative and be a team player
