Technical Conveyancer
Home Based
Upto £40,000

Delighted to be working with a business that I've recruited over 30 people for previously. In their latest phase of development and expansion, they are looking to hire a Technical Conveyancer to support their Residential Property teams.
This role is not a fee earning position, but you will need to have fee earned previously, and be confident in all manner of Conveyancing matters, including all sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold matters.

With the flexibility of working in their modern Leicester office, or based in your own home, this role is a full time opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or an individual with a high level of practical working experience in Residential Conveyancing. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Completing title checks
– Assisting fee earners with complex and technical matters within Residential Conveyancing
– Helping with the training and development of junior team members
– Working closely with the senior Conveyancing managers to ensure any issues are resolved quickly
