PERMANENT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – MILTON KEYNES – 30-32K

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Leading a small team

* Ensuring standards are met with the department to comply with company requirements

* Motivating and leading by example

* Working to KPI’s and achieving targets

* Providing reports and information as required by directors

* Ensuring the team review stock control constantly

The working hours are 4 on, 4 off shift. 6am – 6pm

What we need from you:-

* Be able to demonstrate that you are a leader with a determined character

* Establish a culture where processes and standards are adhered to

* Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar

* Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be an advantage as would a forklift licence but neither is necessary
