A-Rec Education have a long-standing relationship with a 3 form entry primary school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes who require a Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible.

The role is full time, and you will be working 1:1 with a child in Year 2 who requires additional support. There are no behavioural needs, however this particular child requires 1:1 support on a full-time basis. The role will ideally start next week for the duration of the school year.

The requirements:

As the successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will need to;

* Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within the classroom as a Teaching Assistant

* Be engaging and flexible if needed

* Able to deal with challenging behaviour

* Have a patient and caring approach

* Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
