Two exciting part-time receptionist roles based in Milton Keynes. Hours are 8:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 19:00, permanent, giving you the opportunity to join a vibrant brand for a worthy cause.
Working as part of team, offering professional reception cover for residents, customers and conference facilities. First point of contact, answering enquiries and dealing with calls, offering a corporate service. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring all guest sign in with a welcoming approach. Updating the maintenance system, keeping a log and track of requirements. Responsible for managing emails, actioning as and when required, keeping abreast of any administration that requires actioning. Taking payments over the phone or face to face.
Excellent communication skills, a tactful and professional manner, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. Previous front of house experience or a background in housing is advantageous but not essential.
