Element has an opportunity for a Support Services Co-ordinator to join our growing team at our High Wycombe facility. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
For this position, you will be co-ordinating the daily running of the Support Services team and carrying out the functions encompassed by the Support Services Department. You will be responsible for;
* Administration for Testing departments
* Office services coordination and administration
* The ordering process of various consumables
* Reception duties and cover scheduling
* Coordination of onsite Fire Testing training events, including Delegate bookings
* Assist the Site Support Services Manager in cascading and implementing actions
* Overtime – assist with the coordination / completion of monthly Payroll data
* H&S – completion of 5S weekly office tours, updating Intelex system with incidents/hazards and supporting to close any actions assigned to the department
* Training – plan and provide appropriate staff training to ensure all tasks completed by Support Services can be covered
* Assist the Site Support Services Manager in the production and upkeep of reports
SKILLS
* Strong general administration, coordination and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability and willingness to work on a busy reception / switchboard
* Self-management – scheduled and unscheduled tasks with the ability to plan department workload and daily functions
* IT Skills – proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel & Outlook, with the ability to learn bespoke software, as required
* Able to get to our Hughenden site at High Wycombe
