A well established Project Management firm who have extensive knowledge of public sector housing from inception to delivery are in need of a Project Manager/ Employer’s Agent to join their growing High Wycombe office. The Project Management firm have a multidisciplinary range of complementary skills which add value to the core services they provide. They have over 25 years of expertise and are one of the leading Project Management firms that have a wide range of exciting projects all over the UK.

The Project Manager/ Employers Agent will need to have an outstanding approach to overcoming challenges, fast thinking, and work under pressure to deliver outstanding results for the Project Management firm. The selected Project Manager/ Employer’s Agent must have experience of working on multimillion pound projects across the country so they can help strengthen the Project Management team. The Project Management firm are very big on emphasis on transparency, communication, quality, and efficiency with all their schemes.
  
Project Manager/ Employer’s Agent requirements:

Work within a team, reporting directly to the Team Leader/ Delivery Director
Take projects from inception to completion, including Client Liaison as Project Manager/ Project Deliverer
Minimum 2-3 years PQE however is negotiable
Experience in Residential in the Public-Sector, mixed-use developments/ Regeneration/ Land Led/ Local Authority
MRICS or MCIOB is preferred although not essential
Consultancy/ Building Surveying background
Deal with/ organising all pre- contract investigations, surveys and other due diligence issues required by clients
Chair and minute pre- contract meetings
