Our client, a well established and fast-growing recruitment agency is currently seeking an Onboarding and Compliance Partner to enable the organisation to operate and continuously improve the onboarding process for contractors and clients.
The organization works with numerous well-known global brands and the role can be on a Full Time basis or Part Time.
ROLE:
Onboarding of contractors efficiently and compliantly
First point of contact for contractor queries
Ensure all relevant client information is received for compliance and invoicing purposes
Prepare and issue contracts for contractors and clients
First point of contact for internal finance team queries, to ensure efficient invoicing and payment process
Contribute to projects where required
Manage the PSL of umbrella companies
Be a point of contact for the sales team and managers to answer any queries and to offer administrative support
Provide guidance on relevant legislation to internal and external customers
ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge of recruitment legislation e.g. IR35 (desirable)
Good written English
Basic knowledge of MS365
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Ability to understand relevant legislation
Monday to Friday (Full Time or Part Time)
